Much like your other location settings, your availability settings will determine whether or not your company is displayed in results based on the date services are being requested for.

How Basic Availability Works

The four rules we offer are static, that is, they are either true or false and cannot be customized. Here's an example: Let's assume that your company is always closed on Sunday. In this case you should set the Sunday rule as Not Offered, which would prevent your company from being shown when the move date is a Sunday. Conversely, if you accept Sunday moves periodically then you should set the rule as Available. If this is not set as Available then your company will never show in results when the requested date is a Sunday.

Here's another example: You have 'Next Day' set as Not Offered. This means that your company will always be filtered from results when the search meets the 'next day' condition.

So, to summarize, you should only use Not Offered when the condition is true all the time.

Basic Availability Rules

There are four availability rules that you can configure. For each you can specify Available or Not Offered.

Saturday

Set this rule as Not Offered if you do not provide service on Saturday and do not want to be displayed in results when the requested service date is a Saturday.

Sunday

Set this rule as Not Offered if you do not provide service on Sunday and do not want to be displayed in results when the requested service date is a Sunday.

Next Day

Set this rule as Not Offered if you do not want be displayed in results when the requested service date is the next day.

Same Day

Set this rule as Not Offered if you do not want be displayed in results when the requested service date is the current day.

Overriding Availability Rules

By using advanced availability rules you can override any of these rules when the rule is set as Available. The advanced availability feature can not be used to override a rule when it is set as Not Offered.
