Every location associated with your account has a single address, which is typically where your movers dispatch from. We use this address to determine your service area, calculate your travel charge, and how you appear in search results.

Updating Your Location Address

You can update your location address by selecting Settings from the main menu. Location details is the first section shown and where you can find the address.

Problems Updating Your Address

Address Validation: You must enter a valid address, and our system will help by suggesting an address if the one that was entered cannot be found. In rare cases, your address change may need to be manually verified by our Vendor Support team.

Distance From Old Address: If the new address is 75 miles or more from the current address you will need to add a new location. Once the new location has been approved you can make the old location inactive.
