Your vendor account has two types of addresses. Information about both, as well as how to update them, is described below.

Mailing Address

Your mailing address can be updated by selecting Account from the main menu. This address is only used for postal mail, such as payments by check, mover awards and tax documents.

Location Address

Your location address should be the physical location that your movers dispatch from. We calculate your travel charge based on this address so it's very important that it is always up-to-date.

You can update your location address in your location profile by selecting My Locations from the main menu.

If the new address is 50 miles or more from the current address you will need to add a new location. Once the new location has been approved you can make the old location inactive.
