From time to time you will need to make changes to settings that impact your pricing. Any changes you make will take effect in real time and be used to determine your prices in results from that point forward.

Changes to pricing will not affect existing quotes or bookings. We allow quoted customers up to seven days to reserve their quote. This means that you may receive a booking request based on your previous rates after you've made changes, and you are required to honor the price. Any quote that has not been reserved within seven days will expire.

All moves booked prior to March 31st, 2018, regardless of when the date of service is, will be based on our Pre-SPP policies and rates. All vendors are required to honor the pricing and policies for these moves.
