Movers initially have 24 hours to accept or decline booking requests. And, in most cases, the mover will respond within a few hours.
Although rare, there might be times when your mover cannot respond within the initial 24 hours. In these instances we will automatically extend the response period by another 24 hours, to a total of 48 hours. If your request is for same day service then the response period does not extend beyond the initial 24 hours.
You'll be updated by email about the status of your request, including if the response period has been extended. You can also view the status of your request at anytime in your customer summary.
