Your login password can be changed if you can log in to your account or reset if you forgot it.

Change Your Password

Your password can be changed anytime from within the Vendor Portal by navigating to My Account. Replace your existing password with a new one and click save. The next time you log in, you must use your new password.

Resetting Your Password

If you are experiencing issues signing in, you can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password from the login screen. Then enter the email address which you would normally use to log in. You will receive an email with a unique link that will allow you to create a new password. The link will expire after 24 hours.

Minimum Password Requirements

When changing or resetting your password, you must ensure the new one meets the password requirements. Passwords must be between 8-20 characters and include at least 1 uppercase letter. You may also use numbers and special characters if you wish.
