When submitting a booking request we will authorize your credit card for the full deposit amount. However, it is only when your request is accepted that we capture that authorization. Although uncommon, there are situations when our attempt to capture the authorization results in an error.
If you receive a notification from us that we were unable to capture the deposit authorization we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer. They will be able to give you specifics about why the transaction failed and how to resolve it.
When we encounter a payment error your booking request will be cancelled. We recommend resolving the issue with your bank or using a different payment method, and then submitting a new booking request.
