  • Provide system information. Often times an issue will not affect everyone, just a specific type of browser, operating system or device. Were you using a PC or Mac? Or, if on a mobile device, an Android or iPhone? Was your browser Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari?
  • Screenshots are gold. A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when that picture is a screenshot of the problem you've experienced
