Additional hours, beyond the minimum hours reserved, are billed at the additional hourly rate. You can find the additional hourly rate in the rate summary in search results and in your customer booking summary.

Requests for additional time on your move day are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We recommend increasing the minimum hours at the time of reservation to guarantee the additional time.

Here's what you need to know about additional time and how we bill for additional hours:

  1. The rate includes all movers for each full hour
  2. The additional hourly rate is prorated to the 1/4 hour. This means that the additional hourly rate is billed in 15 minute increments
