A rate premium is an increase in the normal hourly rate when certain conditions apply. A good example of this would be having a higher rate (a premium) to provide service on a Sunday. Some movers may want to charge a rate premium on holidays or after a specific time of day, say after 7pm.
While we want to give you as many tools as possible for controlling your services and rates, rate premium configurations are not currently available in our software. Please keep that in mind when reviewing a booking request so you don't accept a request that you are unable to honor.
