The price quoted in search results is based on the configurations in your location profile. The rate we calculate is based on these factors:
- Mover Rates (Minimum)
- Mover Rates (Additional Hours)
- Travel Charge
- Heavy Items
Mover Rates
You have specified an amount for the initial two or three hours of service for every crew size you offer. You have also specified an additional hourly rate for each.
The customer may choose to include additional hours in the initial booking or add more time on the day of the move (pending your availability). We only include additional hours in the quoted price if the customer has specified that they want to schedule them.
Travel Charge
The amount calculated is based on your travel fee and surcharge settings for the customer zip code.
Heavy Items
If the customer has heavy items the price will include, when applicable, the fee amount that you have configured in your service settings.
