Only flag a review if it violates our policies. Don't flag a review just because you disagree with it or don't like it. We do not get involved when suppliers and customers disagree about facts, since there's no reliable way to discern who's right about a particular customer experience.
Tell Your Side
If the review doesn't meet the flagging requirements you should explain your side by responding to the review. Your response will be visible on your company profile and visible to the public.
