There are two 'Max Distance' configurations in your location profile. This article will expand upon these settings and how they are used to filter your profile in results.

Mover Rates

For each crew size you offer you will be able to configure the "Maximum Distance Acceptable for a 2HR Minimum". This tells our software if your company should appear in results for a 2-Hour Minimum based on the distance to the customer. If the customer location is farther than what you've set then your company will be filtered from results unless the request is for at least three hours.

Travel Fee

Here you can set the "Maximum Distance" that you are willing to travel in any circumstance. If the customer location is farther than what you've set then your company will be filtered from results, regardless of the crew size, minimum hours or other search parameters.
