The badges displayed on your public profile and in search results are meant to show customers that you stand out based on our performance-related standards.

We look at the criteria for each badge every two weeks, based on the previous 30 days. This means that a badge can be awarded or taken away every two weeks.

 Badges began showing in search results on 8/19/2020.

How to become a Top Pro

  • You must have at least 5 booking requests
  • Your Response Rate must be 3 hours or less
  • Your Acceptance Rate must be 90% or higher
  • Your Customer Rating must be 4.5 or higher
  • Zero No Shows

How to become a Customer Favorite

  • You must have at least 5 booking requests
  • Your Response Rate must be 12 hours or less
  • Your Acceptance Rate must be 75% or higher
  • Your Customer Rating must be 4.5 or higher
  • At least 20% of your customers must have left a review
  • Zero No Shows

How to get the Responds Quickly badge

  • You must have at least 5 booking requests
  • Your Response Rate must be 1 hour or less
  • Your Acceptance Rate must 80% or higher
  • Zero No Shows

Tracking Badge Progress

At this time we do not have a way for you to track your progress towards earning a badge. We hope to have this functionality implemented by the end of the year.
