it expires, meaning the mover didn’t respond
within the response
period, no charge is made for the
request and you’re free to choose a different
mover.

Authorizations
Your credit card is temporarily
authorized when you submit a booking
request. If your request is declined or
has expired, then the authorization is
voided and released back to your credit
card.
