If your booking request is declined by the mover, or it expires, meaning the mover didn’t respond within the response period, no charge is made for the request and you’re free to choose a different mover.

 Temporary Authorizations

Your credit card is temporarily authorized when you submit a booking request. If your request is declined or has expired, then the authorization is voided and released back to your credit card.
