Pending Booking Requests will show up on your Dashboard until you respond to it.
Booking requests and work orders can be found in the Work Orders section of the Supplier Portal. If you have multiple locations, you will want to ensure your "Current Location" is set to the location the work order you're looking for is in. (See screenshot below)
In this grid you will find the full history of all requests and work orders for the location you are viewing.
Helpful Tip: Save time by using the direct work order link found in emails we send you. If you receive an email about a specific booking request or work order it will have a direct link in the email.
