If you want to see the status of your booking request, you can find it in your customer summary.

Once you’ve found your customer summary, the status of your request will be shown at the top of the page. Each status is defined below for your reference.

Submitted (Response Pending)

A booking request has been submitted to a mover for a specific date and time. The mover must accept or decline the request within 24 hours before it expires. At this point the mover has not yet responded to the request.

Reservation Accepted

The mover has accepted the request and the move is now a scheduled reservation.

Completed

The reservation date has passed and the move completed.
