If your booking request is declined by the mover, or it expires, meaning the mover didn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made for the booking and you’re free to choose a different mover.

Temporary Authorizations

Your payment method may be temporarily authorized when you submit a booking request, but this authorization is voided and released back to the payment method if your request is declined or expires. We complete a charge only when a booking request is accepted.
