The answer varies based on the type of charge. We've provided details for each type below.
When submitting a booking request we will temporarily authorize your credit card for the deposit amount. We will only bill your credit card (capture the authorization) for the deposit once your booking request has been accepted. After successfully billing your deposit you will receive a confirmation email.
If we are unable to bill your credit card you will be notified of a payment error
You will pay the balance due directly to the movers. We do not bill your credit card for the remaining balance due. Learn more about paying the balance due.
