When you first log in to your account you may become a little overwhelmed; and that's okay! Our goal is to help you set up your vendor profile so that it can be published, allowing you to begin receiving booking requests.

Follow the steps below to set up your account yourself. If you would like assistance you can request guided onboarding from Vendor Support.

Step 1: Update Your Password

If you haven't done so already, update your password to something you will remember.

Step 2: Set Up Your Listing

Log in to your account and click Settings on the main menu. There are five sections that need to be configured.

You can set hourly rates for the different crew sizes you offer.

Travel & Service Area

Set up your service area, travel fee, and surcharge (if applicable). Learn More

Every moving company listed on our site provides common moving labor services, such as truck loading and unloading. In this section you can tell us about additional moving services and equipment that your company can provide. Examples of additional services include:

  • What heavy items you are willing to move and associated fees
  • What equipment you provide and if you have a fee to do so
  • If you provide specialty services like connecting appliances, furniture assembly, and packing

Show prospective customers why they should choose your moving company by adding professional credentials. Credentials like business licenses, insurance and a background check can go a long way in winning over a new customer. Remember, your approved credentials are listed on your public profile. Many customers are looking for a mover that has professional credentials.

Step 3: Set Up Your Availability

Availability Settings

Set up your typical hours of operation, preferences for arrival windows, and same-day/next-day moves.

Availability Calendar

Block the dates and times that you are booked or unavailable using your calendar.

Step 4: Publish Your Listing

Notify us when your listing is ready to be published so that Vendor Support can conduct a final review.
