A booking request is sent from a customer to a mover detailing the specific date and time that service is required. The mover will then have 24 hours to accept or decline the request. If they do not respond in 24 hours the request will expire. A booking request becomes a reservation once the mover has accepted. At this point the mover has confirmed and scheduled the customer.

At any point in the booking request or reservation process the details of the move can be viewed online by both the customer and the mover. The customer can view their details by accessing the customer summary, and the mover can view the move details by logging into their vendor account.

If a booking request has not been responded to by the mover it can be withdrawn (cancelled) without penalty. However, once a booking request has been accepted, the reservation will be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
